With the rapid development of wireless LAN technology,WiFi has been widely used in various types of civilian places.With the continuous integration of the Internet and traditional industries,WiFi is gradually being applied to some industrial sites to complete the transmission of field data.Based on the specific requirements of the project background,this project needs to design a high-security and high-reliability communication system to realize the purpose of mobile phone operating field devices.The research of this topic is based on this.In order to improve the problem of data security transmission in WiFi environment,the security encryption mechanism adopted in current wireless LAN is studied firstly.The WiFi security encryption mechanism mainly includes the WEP,WPA-PSK(TKIP)and WPA2-PSK(AES)and so on,but the security level of these encryption mechanism is not high,there are still a variety of security holes,so base on that,a high security algorithm based on WiFi(Hybird Encryption Security,HES)is designed.The algorithm combines RSA,AES and SHA-256 to encrypt the information,its outstanding characteristic is the two sides requires authentication before the data encryption transmission,successful authentication client will receive a different kind of RS A public key,to show the legitimacy of both sides,at the same time there are some random number and the hash value in each encrypted packets,to protect against replay attacks.And then,the algorithm is also applied to a data security transmission system.Based on the Java SE platform and Android platform,the algorithm is written in Java and developed under the windows platform.TCP and UDP dual-socket channels are established,the mobile client and PC server software development work are completed,the system's high-security data transmission is realized.Mainly encrypted process is as follows:first of all,AES key agreement is completed by user registration,successful registration user identity authentication through the IP address and port,after authentication is passed,the server feedbacks RSA public key to the client;Then the two parties transmit the encrypt message,the RSA public key is used to encrypt the information,and the information is decrypted by the RSA private key.Finally,system software testing in the lab environment and industrial real WiFi environment is completed.Tests show that the communication system can ensure reliable data transmission,and can withstand third-party attacks.The system designed in this topic has been running steadily for more than half a year at the industrial site.After assessment by Party A,the system has reached the requirements of high safety and high reliability.
