| The innovation of technology plays a great role in promoting the development of TV program.The coming new media era not only brings threats and opportunities to TV stations,but also brings about many possibilities for the development of TV programs.I try to answer these question in my research.First,what in the place these possibilities are and how these changes happen?Second,what is the wrong place in the use of new media technologies and their information in TV programs?Third,whether city stations can breakout problems and regain glory through integration in television programs with numerous other kinds of media pressure.This paper starts from the city station’ own program,clarifying the concept and the importance of running the program.In the first chapter,the author pointed out the internal and external motivations and the driving factors of the integration of self run programs of urban stations in China.The internal motivation lies in the growing maturity of media technology and the the continuous transfer of audience consumption habits in the contemporary environment.The maturity of media technology has enabled ordinary city stations to have opportunities to integrate with new media.And the change of audience’s habit of online video consumption is also driving the transformation of the city stage.Meanwhile,the external motivations mostly lie in the continuous loss of audience and the decrease of income from city stations.City stations as public institutions will have relevant policy support from the government.However,due to the backwardness of technology,the loss of talent and many other factors,they have been prevented from catching up with the fast track of media convergence.And the current situation of self programming integration communication is not optimistic.In the second chapter,the author takes the Tongling radio and television station as the core,starting with the various links of its own program production.Each link will take a related case as the core,and analyzes the practical situation of the development of the self run programs of the radio and television stations in Tongling.In the planning stage of the TV program,it makes the practitioners no longer adhere to the local "one mu and three places",which can absorb more foreign information and realize the reengineering of localization.It will also improve the innovation ability of TV program planning,and make TV programs meet more needs of the audiences in many aspects.In the production stage of TV program,because of the improvement of technical level,the fusion and communication can make the TV program more rich and the story display more stereoscopic.And the empowerment of the new media can also make the content produced by the user become part of the program itself.In the dimension of TV program,because of the development of multi screen and the application of large data technology,compared with the traditional broadcast mode which is mainly based on the ratings,the urban platform has also increased the multi screen index when evaluating a TV program,,and can understand the true feelings of the audiences in the mass data.There are always two sides in the development of things.Integration and communication have both positive and negative effects on the city stations.In the third chapter,the author points out the problems in every link based on the analysis of the fusion communication of Tongling radio and TV station.It has the situation of management confusion on the whole system of operation.And the program itself also has these problems such as lack of creativity,insufficient plagiarism,no brand programs,no differential production and operation means and so on.In terms of production factors,it also has some production difficulties,such as relatively immature production team,serious brain drain and imperfect professional hardware facilities.In the last chapter,the author will combine the present status of the development of the urban platform self run program integration,its positive and negative impact,and combine its own work experience,as well as in-depth interviews with the members of the related program group,and put forward the corresponding optimization path.For example,in the program planning stage,we should conform to the new media environment and its own core advantages,make local reengineering of related programs,build the corresponding program innovation mechanism,and can not copy the form of the program on the network.Secondly,In the stage of program production,we should pay attention to the check of TV program content and enhance the professional quality of employees.For urban stations with some new media platforms,we need to build an integrated platform.Thirdly,TV stations themselves need rapid development,so they need to adapt to the trend of integration and development,and TV programs need to be transmitted to the maximum extent in the all media platform.Finally,the joint interaction between the system and mechanism is needed,which means that the urban platform should focus on the content production,channel operation,technology upgrading and integration marketing,through the whole program production,release,interaction and feedback process,so as to achieve the purpose of the comprehensive integration of urban platform programs. |
