Because of the lack of corresponding technical support,the traditional IT infrastructure management system of Shandong University can not realize the effective management of IT infrastructure.It only often shows the display list of infrastructure and can not monitor and manage the infrastructure in real time,so that a lot of traditional infrastructure management system is in name only,leading in more complex management.Therefore,the establishment of a complete,efficient IT infrastructure management system is imminent.In order to realize the development and construction of IT Infrastructure Management System of Shandong University,it was decided to adopt Java language to design and develop the system,and adopt B/S architecture for design instead of the traditional C/S architecture.In addition,combining MVC design pattern and SSH framework.On one hand,MVC design pattern can reduce the coupling degree among the modules of the system,and use the rules of Model,View and Controller to divide system code to improve code operating efficiency.On the other hand,the use of SSH framework which is integrated by Struts 2.0,Spring and Hibernate can greatly simplify the system development workload,optimize the system access logic,and further enhance the code readability.As for the data storage,with the analysis of the mainstream database on the market,SQL Server 2014 database was the choice for unified management of system data to ensure that the user information is safe and reliable,saving system development costs.After field investigation and discussion analysis,IT Infrastructure Management System of Shandong University was divided into six functional modules,including asset management,asset monitoring,alarm function,task,statistics and report and system setting.Asset management function included asset configuration,supplier management,and spare part management.Asset monitoring function included asset view monitoring,asset inquiry and link monitoring.Alarm functions included alarm processing,system alarm configuration and ICM alarm configuration.Task function included task list management and event linkage management.Statistics and report function included asset statistics,report template management and generating a report.System setting function included user information management,user rights management,system linkage configuration,diary management,system authorization and mobile terminal control.The design and development of IT Infrastructure Management System of Shandong University achieved the management of IT infrastructure,not only improving the efficiency and reduce management costs,but also accelerating the infrastructure information construction of the university,which contributing a modest contribution for the university towards to the direction of informatization.
