| With the development of Internet technology,the construction of information technology in many fields is generally upgraded,but the level of information technology in the field of health care is always in a relatively backward situation.The role of regional medical information platform is to co-ordinate regional medical resources,to provide better medical services for patients,because of the misunderstanding of medical information,solutions to development of information system in other fields is usually applied to the existing medical information system,causing defects in aspects of system extension,performance and stability,especially in the background of dramatic increment of the medical data,existing medical information system is becoming more and more difficult to meet the need of new business.The system is becoming more and more inefficient when dealing with medical data.In order to improve the efficiency of the system for processing medical data and provide a variety of health services,statistical platform for medical data based on domain-driven is designed and implemented in this thesis through hierarchical architecture,optimizing way of data collection,transmission and storage,in order to achieve goals of medical resource management,sharing and integration cross region and institution.The main work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)Domain-Driven mode is analyzed in this thesis and medical statistics platform is designed based on mode of Domain-Driven,the platform is divided into four layers:user interface,application,domain and infrastructure,different functions are defined in different layer.(2)Solutions to improve efficiency for data query are proposed in this thesis,including storage model based on B-tree,way of parsing CDA document and transmitting medical data based on REST and JSON.Methods of query,update and storage for B-tree are analyzed in order to optimize model of data storage,improving the efficiency of statistical platform for medical data.(3)Correlation between parameters of examination and diseases is analyzed in this thesis using the Naive Bayesian algorithm in order to provide kind of health service for platform.(4)Statistical platform for medical data based on domain-driven is implemented and tested.Above all,test results on function and performance of platform show that statistical platform for medical data based on domain-driven can meet the basic needs of business,and improved to a certain degree on aspect of performance,and has good value of application. |
