| University logistical administration,involving the supply of water and electricity,heating system,campus restaurants,accommodation,transportation,etc,guarantees the university normal operation.Traditional service mode can no longer adapt to the fast development of university because of the expansion of universities,increase of service fields and service appeals,upgrading of facilities and equipments.Students and staff expect better service efficiency and quality despite of the yearly-increased work load.The traditional service mode such as registration and declaration by telephone cannot satisfy the appeals from all sides.It is urgent to speed up the construction process and build up self-adapted informationized logistic service platform.An informationized maintenance system suitable for Xidian University is put forward in this thesis through research on the present popular systems.It integrates the logistic maintenance resources and optimizes the declaration mode.For easier upgrading and maintenance,the system adopts B/S three tier system structure,window Server 2008 operation system,Apache server,My SQL database,PHP language and Think PHP framework to make the system expandable,more flexible,more stable,and easier to maintain.The system is divided into reception section and background section according to different appeals.Users can get access to them through different file addressing.The reception section is designed for users and it mainly realize the function of information declaration and inquiry,maintenance scheduling inquiry,complains and suggestions.The background section is designed for administrators and it mainly realize the function of logging-in and exiting,information checking,maintenance information management,users feedback management,designation of workers,updating of maintenance conditions,feedbacks receiving,receipts printing,maintenance conditions inquiry,submitting maintenance results and consumable items,and administrator management.Think PHP controller is used for programming different functions through different controller files.Web-pages are revealed through rendering template when visiting.The templates are stored in template catalogue by HTML and CSS.When users visit the web-site,different controllers are invoked by THink PHP.Relevant template files are rendered to reveal different interfaces for operation.The data declared by users are judged according to data model.If the data accord with the data model,the declaration function can be realized.If not,refused.So is the case for administrators.The system has already been successfully used by Xidian University.Users can declare their appeals through reception section,or check relevant information such as maintenance results,declaration process or service telephones.Administrators can manage the appeals,system administrators,maintenance departments and spots through background section.All the expected functions are realized.The system enhances the work efficiency and shortens the acceptance time by setting up a convenient platform for the acceptance of maintenance appeal,complaints and suggestions. |
