Abstract/Summary:
Earthquake is one of the most disastrous events,and inflicts severe casualties and property losses.The occurrence of earthquakes cannot be predicted by current technology.The Earthquake damage prevention policy to reduce earthquake disaster has been proven to be effective.In order to minimize the earthquake damage and develop effective earthquake emergency measures,it is necessary to do statistical analysis about the seismic risk sources and vulnerabilities of cities and villages.In the past decades,China made great progress in urbanization and urban development.The building basic data is often relatively with poor accuracy and timeliness,which hinder the research work of earthquake damage evaluation and emergency countermeasures.Based on GIS and computer technology,it’s necessary to carry out investigation and analysis of city buildings information for seismic disaster prediction and emergency countermeasures research.At the same time,it has a very important significance to reduce the impact of the earthquake disaster,improve emergency response capability and ensure the healthy economic and social development of cities.Since 2016,China Earthquake Administration organized the key project of “large and medium cities earthquake disaster scenario construction”.Detailed and reliable data is the prerequisite and basis for earthquake disaster scenario construction.Meanwhile,it’s the most critical and difficult to acquire urban building data.In order to ensure the implementation of the key project,this paper presents the design and implementation of building information collection system,which is applied in Chaoyang District,Beijing.Firstly,the research background and significance are introduced.The main research objective and content are presented,based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad in the relevant fields.Then,the relevant basic knowledge and key technologies are analyzed.Subsequently,requirements analysis and system design are presented,including functional and performance requirements of the system,overall design,process design,functional design,and database design.Finally,the PC version and mobile version software are implemented,which are integrated on the portal and applied in Chaoyang District,Beijing.As a result,all the buildings in Chaoyang district are effectively collected and managed.The operating results of main functionalities are presented.
