With the continuous development of Internet technology,more and more traditional industries integrate with the Internet,nowadays popular "Internet +" that "Internet + all traditional industries" of application to traditional industries can help traditional industries create service model and improve service efficiency.The services provided by traditional office buildings generally need face-to-face communication,which will lead to low efficiency,high communication costs.As a result,"Internet + office" as a new model came into being."Internet + Office" is the use of Internet technology and platform,integrates the Internet and office services in-depth,to create a new mode of development.Intelligent office building is a dynamic office community formed by the combination of traditional office buildings and "Internet plus".This thesis mainly searches intelligent office building,applies the latest Internet technology to the traditional office management,designs and implements a comprehensive service platform,.The platform makes an organic combination of online interaction and offline services,builds a community office building,and can reduce unnecessary costs at the same time,strengthen the connections between people,so as to promote the development of the enterprise economic benefit.Therefore,the design and implementation of the integrated service platform of intelligent office building has important practical value and significance.In this thesis,the design and implementation of intelligent office building integrated services platform bases on the actual office service scenario,designs function models in the view of the property and operating personnel,enterprise commissioner,the role of enterprise staff with the Internet platform in constructing ecological office services,at the same time,the IOU credit payment system is introduced to enhance the user experience and design a caching mechanism to improve the performance of the platform.This thesis discusses the research background of intelligent office building and the development present situation and development trend at home and abroad,then introduces the design and implementation of access control,basic services,value-added services,personal centerdemand in many aspects detaily.The platform uses the jQuery framework for view part,Spring and MyBatis(hereinafter referred to as the SSM framework)for serve,and Mysql for database.Finally,the platform is tested,and the test results shows that the platform can improve the service efficiency and management level of office buildings and adapt to the expansion of the multiple campuses in the future.At present,the intelligent office integrated service platform has been put into formal use after many tests and certifications.All functional modules designed and developed in this project can operate normally.The platform provides efficient and convenient services to enterprises and operator,property personnel.
