| With the political and economic changes,China is ushering in a new round of innovation and entrepreneurship boom,"Public entrepreneurship and innovation”is becoming the common pursuit of society in contemporary era.Innovation and entrepreneurship policy propaganda report is increasingly attention by the news media.As the channels to spread innovation and entrepreneurship policy spirit,publicity for the innovation and entrepreneurship policy is increasingly attention by the news media.Hunan Daily with the authority of the mainstream media status is the main position of Hunan Province’s innovation and entrepreneurship policy publicity.This paper first summarizes the innovation and entrepreneurship policy in different historical stages after China’s reform and opening up,then clarifies the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship policy report and expounds the report principle of Hunan Daily which are emphasizing innovation elements and youth groups.Then this thesis selected all the innovation and entrepreneurship policy reports of Hunan Daily from September 10,2014 to June 30,2016 as samples.Combined with depth interviews and some news reporting plans,this paper aims to analyzes the planning topics,content design and organizational regulation of innovation and entrepreneurship policy.It embodies that innovation and entrepreneurship report planning reflects the innovative idea of Hunan Daily,usese service as the point of view and the flexibility of the planning mechanism.This paper also analyzes the strength and shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship policy report from two dimensions.It is found that the report strategy emphasizes the policy interpretation and the authority and the locality on the guidance of the public opinion.The typical demonstration is good at the sympathy of the reader and plays an active role in the event planning and guiding the audiences to actively participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship problems solving.In the communication strategy,Hunan Daily is good at optimizing the combination of layout elements,innovative structure,but also the use of a variety of ways.Through the questionnaire survey,this article found that Hunan audience awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship’concept is more accurate,but innovation and entrepreneurship policy of low awareness,lack of awareness of entrepreneurial risk.Hunan Daily for innovation and entrepreneurship policy report planning is still in search of innovation stage,there are some shortcomings,such as the overall planning is lacking,the problem consciousness is weak,the policy reports need to strengthen the interpretation,the character propaganda "post-typical",the layout element single,the media communication insufficiency and so on.Combining the gains and losses of the policy report strategy of Hunan Daily and the innovation and entrepreneurship’cognition of Hunan audiences,this thesis puts forward three suggestions:first to Establish the problem consciousness,construct the policy report mechanism;second is to respect for "audience choice",joint external resources,and optimize the communication strategy;the last is to raise awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship’ communication risk. |
