| Since the beginning of the new century,Chinese teacher training industry has been developing continuously.However,behind the prosperity,it is a serious imbalance among teachers ’training resources.The form of teachers’ training is single and not effective,and the teachers training industry lacks unified management.Educational administration departments need a teacher training decision analysis support system decision-making support.The decision analysis system in this paper is a teacher training decision analysis system designed for educational administration.It emphasizes the main body of the training is the teacher students,the decision-making results of the receiving object for the education administration,and from the perspective of the educational administration departments,teacher training for the design of various functional modules,and ultimately the formation of decision-making results and feedback to the administrative department of education,Training decision-making quality improvement.This paper first analyzes the background of teacher training and analyzes the significance of teacher training decision-making,then analyzes the decision-making of domestic and foreign teacher training,and briefly introduces the concept and model of decision analysis and evaluation.Then,this paper analyzes the requirement analysis,functional requirements,non-functional requirements and database requirements,and analyzes the roles of different users in detail.Finally,the system is designed and realized according to the requirement analysis.The system uses the C # language design system on the ASP.NET platform,and uses the SQL server database to construct the system database.The results of this paper can solve the problem of modeling,digitization and visualization of teacher training decision-making process,on the other hand,it can solve the problem that the educational administration department lacks the basis of teacher training decision-making.The solution of these two problems will support the educational administration decision-making and facilitate the education administration to manage the teacher training industry,so as to indirectly improve the quality of teacher training in our country. |
