| Coating thickness control device plays an important role in the function realization of coating machine.Coating thickness control device is composed of unwinding means,tension control device and blade coating device,and has the advantages that include of high integration,high efficiency and high precision in the control of coating thickness.In order to improve control accuracy and reduce production costs,this paper designed a new type of high-precision coating thickness control device on the basis of the original coating machine,and achieved automation and flexible production of coating,and satisfied the different types of coating production demand.The research mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Product coating process methods are briefly discussed,designs of the mechanical structure function module of Coating thickness control device are explained,and power actuators and material of the components are analyzed and selected(2)Each structure model is discussed and has been determined finally:mainly including unwinding apparatus,tension control device,blade coating apparatus and stirring device.Modeling of each block is completed and the key structures are probed by simulating computation.(3)With PLC programmable logic controller at the core,unwinding motor,roller motor,stirring and positioning cylinder motor are controlled according to tension sensor feedback signal.The gap control program of blade and roller is adjusted by IPC to achieve production flexibility.(4)Experimental platform of coating thickness control device is set up.Coating thickness measurement experiments are carried out based on experimental platform,and the experimental data are obtained,And the experimental results are collated and analyzed,it follows that the experimental error sources and the right solution.Throughout the experimental prototype,coating thickness control device is quickly and accurately to perform a given action.Finally,the thickness of the coating is detected and meet the design requirements. |
