The Design And Implementation Of The Employee Information Management System Based On J2EE

In the modern enterprise system,the content of the enterprise personnel information is very important,in the modern enterprise production and operation,for the subjectivity of man,its decisions can often play a decisive role to the enterprise production and operation.And enterprise personnel information is the foundation of an enterprise personnel management,personnel management system is provided to the enterprise management and decision making personnel to grasp the method and the query information.For a long time,many modern enterprises in the block for the personnel archives information construction investment insufficient,the traditional methods,the amount of information is not complete,low efficiency,and easy to lose.The personnel information information change,in the collection,update information at the same time also need maintenance and management of the original data in a timely manner.This paper introduces the application of the JSP development language and the SQL database in the context of the enterprise employee information management system.In information management system for enterprise employees after a detailed requirement analysis,with the support of J2 EE technology and SQL database to the user management,file management,information management,performance management,attendance management,salary management,the six core modules in the process of analysis and modeling.In the design process,and puts forward the method to realize the information management system for enterprise employees,constructs the enterprise staff information management system model based on J2 EE technology,and has carried on the performance of model analysis,feasibility analysis,and in this paper.This paper introduces the implementation and use of the main functions of the system.Practice shows that this system not only for the enterprise unit office management provides a new operation mode,and greatly improve the office efficiency,save cost overhead,the direct economic benefits.
