Design And Implementation Of Dynamic Monitoring System For Provincial Highway Traffic Volume Based On SOA Architecture

With the highway construction in China has made remarkable achievements,the national highway mileage of the city more than 6000 kilometers,one needs by means of information,effective supervision of highway infrastructure operation,safe transportation,ensure the safety and smooth flow of high-speed network,efficient operation.On the other hand,need to build the highway dynamic monitoring information index system and information collection mechanism,implementation of monitoring and early warning of key materials transportation,infrastructure operation,fixed assets investment,production safety,transport price,industry energy consumption and transportation economy operation,in-depth excavation and analysis of data,realization of highway traffic the macro-economy decision scientific.This paper describes the highway traffic monitoring system needs analysis,business process analysis,architecture design,database design,detailed design,system implementation,system deployment and implementation of the testing process.First of all,the paper analyzes the indicators and requirements of the Ministry of communications on the dynamic monitoring of highway traffic volume,and according to the actual needs of our province,determines the functional modules and the overall business process of highway traffic dynamic monitoring.On this basis,the data acquisition and processing,data monitoring,data query and analysis,highway traffic data calculation module needs analysis,and then each module of the process integration and optimization,establish process model,and combining the system requirement and the business process model,system architecture design,database design,detailed design.Finally,the system is developed by using the enterprise development platform,and the main function modules of the system are shown.In application,the function and performance test of the system,the system is operating normally,verify the reliability and efficiency of the system,which has been successfully applied in our province,to the supervision and management and effective decision support function,to achieve the desired purpose.The architecture of SOA highway traffic monitoring system based on the development,has the following characteristics:the monitoring index system not only meet the requirements of the Ministry of transport volume dynamic monitoring of highway,and meet the actual needs of our province;dynamic monitoring data acquisition source station collecting data for charging each province highway,and the acquisition of the license plate recognition system the data,and can carry out monitoring and data cleaning on the quality of data collection;this system can not only make up for the deficiency of conventional statistical methods,and analysis and early warning for the highway economic situation,improve scientific decision-making.
