WanXun Company Collaborative System Design And Implementation

Entering 21^st Century,with the development of society,improvement of modern science and management technology,and more and more information,human being pay more attention to handling and management information.With continuous development of the company’s business,the efficiency of the company’s internal management is also constantly improving.With the rapid development of Internet and mobile Internet,the scope of activities of people is being enlarged;therefore,stand-alone version of the management software is unable to meet the needs of company personnel management.In this case,the establishment of a collaborative office system based on the mobile client is very necessary.In addition,with the system becoming more and more intelligent,employees can use the performance model to evaluate employees performance when operating office systems.This paper is based on the Wanxun Company,with combination of the collaborative office technology and mobile client,designing performance evaluation model,so as to realize the intelligent management of office staff whenever and wherever possible.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Build the management system of office automation system of Wanxun Company.The office automation system is composed of two parts--mobile phone APP client and the backstage management system,utilizing mobile Internet technology,combining B/S mode and supporting client configuration tools.It would complete integrated management of business functions rapidly.2.Realize the handling of office workflow by backstage management system.The backstage management system is composed of the attendance management,flow management,financial management,and service assistant function module.The main functions of the mobile client are transaction management,flow management,flow entrustment management,and announcement management.3.Design and implement the performance evaluation model and algorithm.Evaluate the performance of employees through data mining,which can improve the management efficiency of the company.4.The system mainly use the J2EE platform while taking MVC three layer architecture and Oracle database.The system has been run for trial,tested and debugged in order to meet the practical needs.
