Town governments are the places where high-quality talents are accepted and gathdering in China even the whole world the present age.The number of town government staff are large with high intensity.It is difficult to harmonize,optimize,govern information and release colorful message about working experiences,petition problems,beautiful vil age construction,primary-level organizations,livelihood issues and the culture construction of town government at the same time.In the fast development of information technology today,IT has served in all areas.IT has been applied in town governments in China.However,at present many town governme nts information release is not uniform,resulting in information sharing and low efficie nc y.So we decided to develop a town government online website,is committed to create a platform for the service of town government culture construction and sharing experiences,information releasing and so on.Actual demand of town government staff is analyzed and the purpose of the town government online website is clear to be easy to use.The JavaEE platform,and SpringMVC+Hibernate+Bootstrap architecture are used,and the town governme nt online website is developed under the windows platform.Including content management,and column category,and feature set system user,role manageme nt,system log,links,article comments and other functions.According to the idea of software engineering,this paper first analyzes the needs and writes the requireme nts analysis manual,then carries on the outline design and the detailed design,the final procedure realizes all the functions.At the same time,we design the test case,and completely in line with the demand after testing.
