The Development And Realization Of Purchasing Integrated System Based On UFIDA NC

As an integral part of the normal operation of the enterprise,procurement management is an important guarantee to enhance the business efficiency and the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the development of computer network and software technology,OA,HR,asset management and other enterprise management systems came into being,which provide efficient information management for enterprises.However,the current situation of enterprise information management is that enterprises involve many different categories of management systems,but the relevant management information is independent of each other,information connectivity is relatively poor,which will easily form "information isolated island".Business processes will be disjointed,all of these finally increase the cost of enterprise information management.This thesis focuses on the problem of poor connectivity between offline purchasing and multi management systems in large and medium enterprises,and this thesis will provide a purchasing system which suits its requirement.This system is based on UAP platform,to use Html+css+Javascrip technology to realize the main page,to use the SSH framework to achieve the background,using Oracle database to deal with data management,using studio development tools for development.Then the enterprise procurement management system is realized.Finally to achieve the purchasing system integrate with OA system,and the unified authentication system,single sign on and so on.The system uses the intermediate library + WebService scheme for the twice development.The eventual objective is to fill in the requirements and make process approval in OA,to realize process monitoring,purchasing source in UFIDA NC,which will solve the problem of poor information connectivity among multi management systems.The efficiency of purchasing work will get improved and business leaders can monitor progress in process execution.It has a strong practical significance.
