| National Development of vocational education,school system needs reform.Combined with the characteristics of vocational education,vocational education in accordance with the objectives set up to promote the professional assessment system is critical.It can stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the orderly development of teaching and scientific research,thus which is conducive to the healthy development of Higher Vocational education.The main work of the thesis includes the following aspects: first,to Kunshan Dengyun science and technology Career Academy occupation education present situation and future development needs as the background,research school teacher assessment regulations.Combined with the practice of the Academy,which gives the system demand analysis.Business process design,function design and database design are designed by the theory and method of software engineering;second,discuss the analytic hierarchy process,object management,behavioral anchored rating method and 360 degree performance appraisal method of these four kinds of commonly used assessment method and model specific application,design the questionnaire,and using the method of AHP design can be applied to different kinds of personnel evaluation system;third,design and implementation of the teacher evaluation the evaluation system of Higher Vocational Colleges,application examples and the corresponding system,including five modules: initialization Parameter and setting module,teacher module,Department leadership module,assessment module and system administrator module.The results show that,through the establishment of science and technology Career Academy Kunshan Dengyun evaluation system,realize the quantitative assessment and classification of open and fair to all teachers,but also for future school orientation,educational goals and changes of teachers for different requirements,you can add,delete or modify parameters improving the efficiency of assessment work. |
