Nowadays,Adopting full lamination technology for panel configuration on the displaying screens of mobile phones,touch panel and other intelligent displaying device has became the industry trend.Full lamination is widely applied in various products by using glue or optical cement on the full displaying area to realize the seamless adhesion between touch screen and displaying panel.This paper will combine the study of current laminating equipment and the trend analysis of future lamination industry,employ the full lamination system multi-machines visual technology and substrate thickness measuring technology to greatly improve the accuracy and yield rate of the laminating equipment,finally construct and realize LOCA full lamination system.This paper will concludes following parts:1,Conduct the Study,hardware selection,software programming and debugging implementation on Bus network based on PLC main controller,including CC-LINK,Ethernet etc,improve the system real-time and responsive performance with the implementation of industry universal bus.2,Carry out the study and implementation on the servo bus positioning system,which employ 23 axes servo positioning module,realize the multi-axes interpolating positioning on the complex units of system and real-time self-adjusting on various servo axes,make the whole transferring system run reliably,and finally achieve the demand of precise positioning and product.3,Conduct the study and implementation on multi-machine visual technology.Summarize the defect of twin-platforms positioning of previous machine vision based on the study,type selection,programming and implementation on various units of CDD,improve the precision and efficiency of system through employing vision integrating algorithm of up-down platforms,and develop dual-vision positioning system--XY ?platform unit.4,Conduct the study and implementation on laser thickness measurement,analyze the positive and negative impact on equipments by adopting various thickness measurement technology,employ the cutting-edge laser thickness measurement system in the industry,develop the uniform unit of laminating fabric thickness measurement for various substrates and operation conditions.Develop the 3.5-1.4 inch high-precision and multi-adaption LOCA dual-workstation full lamination machine by employing multi-station superposition and integration technology and combining coating unit and dispensing unit.The technological achievements and successful experiences based on this project implementation can be widely applied in the LCD panel industry module factory and various screen lamination factories.
