Research On Development Of Risk Control System For Purchase Tender In Power Enterprise

For the comprehensive development of our country’s electric power engineering construction,improve the quality of service in the electric power enterprise,effectively guarantee the stability of electric power development,the electric power enterprise in our country the tender,shall,in order to improve the risk control as the prerequisite,the development of better risk control management system.In the construction of electric power enterprise,need a lot of electric equipment as the guarantee,but also can cause certain influence to the safety of the electric power enterprise,effectively promoting the equipment of the electric power enterprise problem,the improvement in the bidding for the electric power enterprise to bring the development better.Based on the current electric power enterprise risk control problems in the bidding,can provide certain influence to other bidding work.Have already the bidding work of electric power enterprises,and adopt different ways of bidding risk control for the development of the construction project of electric power enterprises is of great significance.The electric power enterprise procurement needs a lot of stockpiles,bidding risk control can save energy for the electric power enterprise,also can tender for enterprise brings great influence on the solution of the problem.Research on risk control in the electric power enterprises bidding problem is the focus of this paper.In this dissertation,using the method of literature review,empirical analysis method for electric power enterprises related to the elements of risk control in the tender and risk control management system development is analyzed.First of all to the selected topic background,research status at home and abroad and the selected topic significance for analysis.Then based on the relevant definition of risk management,bidding risk management related issues as well as the related theory of bidding procurement concrete,this paper provide theoretical basis for the research of this paper.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the bidding stage,had offered six problems,and connecting with the problems from the risk avoidance,risk suppression,risk retention,risk transfer four aspects discusses the risk of bidding strategy,finally got the bidding risk control method.In electric power enterprises bidding for construction project case,the empirical analysis.Combining the cases of the electric power enterprise,the public bidding for project,and carding the electric power enterprise risk control key points.Finally,through the project management plan by system login,bidding and bidding management three steps to implement the power companies bidding risk human-computer interface design.
