| As the core component of phased array radar,T/R components are functional modules for the completion of frequency conversion,high power emission,low noise reception and channel conversion.The development of the microwave integrated circuit technology is increasing day by day,for the volμme of a smaller size and shape,a higher working reliability,to facilitate the requirements of radar system to realize high integration.In order to further reduce the volume,the T/R components of the multi-layer ceramic substrate(LTCC)have been developed rapidly in recent years.LTCC technology μsing multilayer technology can solve the problem of line and wiring layout,some microwave passive components design in LTCC substrate,improves the reliability component,to better the implementation of the radar in the whole system for a component and the urgent need of high integration and high reliability.For LTCC T/R modules design and engineering application demand,this paper deeply studied the electromagnetic compatibility design,packaging design,thermal design,the key techniques such as space mapping filter design method is proposed to solve the problem of electromagnetism compatibility of products work,the measured results show that the circuit layout is reasonable,The improved bonding technology solves the heat dissipation problem in the product work.The results show that the thermal conductivity design is reasonable and feasible,and the domestic advanced level is achieved.Finally,the x-band of working band is realized,and the peak output power is greater than 10 W.The launch gain is greater than 30 dB,Receiving gain is greater than 25 dB,The noise coefficient is less than 4dB,6 displacement phase,6 bit attenuation,The T/R component technology index of 92mm×18mm ×10mm has the advantages of high reliability and miniaturization. |
