Design And Research Of Military Office Automation System

With an overview of the development of military forces of information technology,although has made obvious achievements,but in the construction of information resources is still relatively weak,"a lack of system data,data sharing difficult issues more prominent,seriously restrict the existing application to improve the effectiveness of command information system.Therefore,it is an urgent task for us to do well in the construction of information resources,to fully integrate and optimize the existing information resources.In order to adapt to the needs of the military,this paper designed and developed to adapt to the information management system of military office,aims to make the analysis,design and complete military office automation system to achieve the basic model,and provide the basis for further function expansion.This thesis is developed by the military office automation system,can make the military staff to achieve the internal notice,file transfer and other functions,is conducive to the military internal staff information exchange,the exchange of information between military staff more time-saving,convenient and sufficient,to improve the efficiency of the office of the army,so it has far-reaching significance.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)firstly,this paper explains and analyzes the development history and current situation of office automation system,and expounds the function and necessity of office automation system in military area;(2)the analysis of office automation system,the main need for analysis,and then use the object-oriented analysis method to model the software;(3)on the basis of discussing the basic requirements of the system,this paper has carried on the design of military office automation system,including client,server,database,which provides the data base for the system design and implementation;(4)this paper introduces and tests the office automation system of military region,mainly using the object-oriented programming language and the realization of the basic functions;(5)at the end of the summary and outlook,the paper summarizes the paper,and the design of the paper office automation system,the next step in the development and promotion of the direction of the future.
