Design And Implementation Of Xi’an Port Area Public Rental Housing Information Management Platform

Public rental housing plays a supporting role in the protection of people’s benefits of“sandwich class”.So it is the major components of housing security system in China.In the”12th Five-Year Plan",36 million national affordable housing will be built until 2015,so as to achieve the goal of the national affordable housing coverage urban households 20 percentage points.Meanwhile,it proposes to focus on the development of public rental housing and form the body of it step by step.In the process of large scale construction and management of housing rental housing,it involves multiple departments and units to cooperate with each other,which includes the demand subj ect,government administration department,main body of construction and operation,design units,Materials manufacturers and suppliers,Construction units,supervision Companies and reality management units.It will produce large amounts of information and data,and the management is complex and the task is arduous and difficult.Therefore,taking the advantage of the convenience of modern information technology is become very urgent.For that reason,to speed up the informatization construction of public rental housing system and establish the information platform of construction and management is become the key problem of national affordable housing.This paper focuses on current situation of the low level of information technology about existing public rental housing construction and management and gives the research from three aspects which are necessity,feasibility and practicality of construction and management of public rental housing integrated information platform.We propose the necessity of construction of informaitization system via the analysis of management operation mechanism and mode of public rental housing in Xi’an port area.At last,based on the goal,content and feature of construction and management of public rental housing information platform,we set the development method and give the needing analysis about the related information of public rental housing and proposed the architecture model of construction and management public rental housing of Xi’an port area.Through this research,theoretical support and framework about public rental housing construction and management information platform is provided.Firstly,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity about public rental housing management system of Xi’an port area.Then,give the conclusion of the related technology about this management system,such as Vs.net,C#,ASP.NET,MVC and Sql Server2005.Secondly,this work analyzes the needing of system,completes requirements specification,establishes the goal of system design,extracts system function points,does the demand position and module design and analyzes the using role of system.Moreover,this paper analyzes the system design and data modeling of this public rental housing management system,gives the detailed design of system function dividing into external terminal application subsystem and internal terminal management subsystem.The paper also provides the system architecture and designs the management system from five aspects,which are concepts,relationships,data tables and security.At last,this paper gives the detailed description of the realization of public rental housing management system of Xi’an port area.According to the previous division of function,we give the detailed presentation of the function and realization of external query module,rental application module and query service module about external terminal application subsystem at first.The related modules of internal terminal management subsystem are detailed provided following,which are the function and realization of apartment management,financial management,asset management and system management.
