| Memory could come from a certain media,and it also could be restructured in other different media,which result in the flow and change of collective memory in various medias.This kind of phenomenon is becoming more and more prominent as people posing stronger depending on media,which,deserving more focus and analysis.Based on the classic TV series Princess of Pearl,this paper analyzes ‘post-90s’ collective memory about Princess of Pearl from four points of view: construction theme,construction symbols,construction mode and flow mode,by using the questionnaire investigation and text analysis,combined with the theory of media memory.The study shows that their construction theme of collective memory on Princess of Pearl is related to characters,music,shooting site and related derivatives;construction symbols are text,picture,sound and video;construction mode is faithful to the original drama type fidelity and deconstruction of the original drama spoof;flow mode reflects the inflow of new media in Princess of Pearl related symbols,continuing some topics related to Princess of Pearl in new media.Besides,this paper further analysis the post-90 s construction of collective memory and the significance of its flow,in order to promote the development of media memory research. |
