| Along with the rapid development of the electronic technology and information technology control,technology automation control field also get rapid progress.Automation transformation become factory deterring need to solve the problem,because of its low degree of automation,low ratio of precision,large amount of labor workers working.In this paper,automation reconstruction of automatic batching control and the batching accuracy agitation tank temperature control have has carried on the research.Aimed at factory workshop process of a large gloves one-time ingredients,and reasonable retrofitting scheme being put forward.Then we have probe into the pivotal problems,and from two aspects of hardware and software,we have designed the reasonable solution.according to the actual situation,pneumatic valve,motor,electrical components,We have make a selection and installation.Secondly,according to the request of the whole technological process and the manufacturer,we have designed the circuit diagram of manual control cabinet and are have completed wiring installation work.Firstly,we put forward their own solutions to control the precision,and increase the control precision in one over one thousand and meet the requirements of the manufacturer of three over one thousand.Secondly,in terms of control program and the force,we have improve the level of automation by many improvements,and have reduced the number of workers in the control room.Finally,through the analysis and research of fuzzy control,the design of fuzzy control is realized and applied in the control of reaction temperature.The automation of batching workshop has been realized through the automatic transformation of a large one-off glove factory in Zan Huang.Changes the past manual feeding of low accuracy,resource consumption,workers labor intensity of poor working conditions.After nearly a year of operation,the system is running good,convenient and practical operation,the system has a certain popularization value. |
