| Mobile robots are a highly intelligent system that integrates multiple disciplines such as electronic technology,control science,communications engineering,mechanical design and manufacturing.The traditional mobile robot monitoring system is limited by the communication technology and the computer technology,the function is single and the use situation is limited.This paper constructs the mobile robot monitoring system based on the cloud platform,the overall architecture of the mobile robot monitoring system based on 4G wireless network and the distributed data storage platform based on Hadoop is designed.Real-time monitoring,real-time positioning,parameter tuning and other core functions and to achieve the mobile robot monitoring system data in the cloud platform on the distributed storage.Firstly,combined with the use scenario of omni-directional mobile robot,the paper analyzes the overall demand of cloud mobile robot monitoring system.The overall structure design of mobile robot monitoring system based on cloud platform is carried out.The mobile robot monitoring system based on 4G wireless network and the structure of Hadoop distributed data storage platform are determined.Then,based on 4G wireless network mobile robot monitoring system using SSH framework as the system software design architecture.Use 4G,TCP / IP,NAT,Socket and other communication technology.Based on the conceptual model of the system database,the data structure of the data center is designed according to the E-R diagram.Using MySQL relational database to realize the storage and management of monitoring system data.The core database server and the application server architecture of the data monitoring center are determined.Develop and implement business functions such as data transmission,data reception,data storage,user login,real-time monitoring,historical data,fault cases,remote control,parameter tuning,user management and role management.Deployed in the Tomcat server,the realization of the Web client remote access.Then,based on Hadoop distributed data storage platform.Realize fast distributed storage with HDFS and MapReduce,the core design of the Hadoop architecture.Implementation the function of the use of data migration tool Sqoop data from MySQL into HDFS and the client will write the local file HDFS.Which implements a distributed data storage platform with low operating cost,high security,good scalability and high fault tolerance.Finally,the functional test and performance test of the cloud platform mobile robot monitoring system is completed.To meet the needs of mobile robot remote monitoring,verify the correctness of the system design. |
