With the change of resource form,digital resources gradually have become the main resources of library.Digital resource exist for users,which the core content of digital resource is users'demand.And customer satisfaction is the goal and purpose of digital resources.In order to server the customer better and enhance customer satisfaction,library should provide better service to keep up with the pace of times.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the evaluation of customer satisfaction.This paper analyses the domestic and foreign digital resources evaluation.In order to enhance customer satisfaction,based on the thseoretical study of experts,papers mainly research the following questions.At first,it summarizes the factors of satisfaction index of digital resources and constructs the system of digital resources appraisal.Secondly,use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of the indicators and sort the importance of the various factors.Thirdly,questionnaire survey is conducted to the user to verify the scientificity and rationality of the system.Last but not the least,according to the data obtained,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the customer satisfaction.In this paper,there are a series of discussions on the user satisfaction evaluation of digital resources in University Libraries.It has a certain guiding significance to improve the quality of service and achieve the goal of enhancing the customer satisfaction.
