Research On The Construction Of Electronic Resources In The "Double-First-Class" University Library In Anhui

With the development of the times,the Internet has increasingly become the leading force for innovation driven development,"Internet plus" era in changing people's lives every hour and moment.At the same time,electronic resources are generally favored by users because of their convenience.The utilization rate of electronic resources in Libraries in Colleges and universities has exceeded that of paper resources.The allocation ratio of funds to electronic resources has been increasing in various colleges and universities.The construction of electronic resources has gradually entered the vision of management,and has become a very important part of the construction of information resources in university libraries.In recent years,the construction of electronic resources has developed rapidly.Although it has made remarkable achievements,the electronic resources service and construction system in the university library have not yet been perfected,and there are still many shortcomings.This paper selects three "two-class" University Libraries in Anhui Province,namely,University of Science&Technology China,HeFei University of Technology and the Anhui University library to carry out the investigation and Research on the construction of electronic resources.Analyze the problem from the data and find the answer in the question.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,purpose,practical significance,theoretical significance,literature review at home and abroad,research methods,research content and the innovation points of this paper.The second chapter is the design of the survey program of the current status of electronic resources construction in three "double class" universities in Anhui province.It is mainly used to determine the overall process of statistical data.This part introduces the object of the investigation and the methods of investigation.It has determined the investigation system,including the first level,under the situation of the related elements in the construction of electronic resources.Target and two level target.The third chapter briefly introduces the current situation and achievements of electronic resources in three university libraries.For example,three colleges and universities in the number and quality of electronic resources are far ahead of other colleges and universities in Anhui,the library service mode is more and more humanized,and the training of electronic resources is more abundant.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the shortcomings and reasons for the construction of electronic resources in three colleges and universities,which are insufficient funds,single purchase mode,low use rate of foreign language,lack of propaganda,lack of self built database,insufficient support of electronic resources construction to scientific and technological achievements transformation projects,and construction link "double first-class" construction The problems of setting up the scheme are analyzed in depth.The fifth chapter is to put forward the countermeasures or suggestions on the problems existing in the construction of electronic resources in Anhui Province,mainly from the four aspects of the library management institutions,the library professional staff,the special collection construction and development,and the electronic resources service mode.From the four aspects of the construction of resource procurement,resource sharing,resource utilization and characteristic resources in the construction of university library electronic resources,the article finds out the problem of "double first-class" construction scheme,while solving the problems in the construction of electronic resources in Colleges and universities,it also goes out of the school gate for the electric resources of the University Library and closely links nineteen habits.The slogan "speeding up scientific and technological innovation and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements",put forward by President Ping Ping,has taken part in the development of science and technology in the country and put forward new ideas in economic construction.
