In the past three years,China's Internet-based live broadcasting industry has entered a stage of rapid development.With platforms for live webcasts,live games,and live broadcasts,the platform for webcasting activities has been increasing,drawing the attention of hundreds of millions of users.Followed by,it is increasingly difficult to supervise the content of live broadcast on the Internet.Contents such as pornography,violence,false information,infringement fraud,and taboos for juveniles have been banned for many times.It has seriously polluted the cyberspace environment and has affected social stability and adolescent health.Due to the rapid development of webcasting in a short period of time,the existing legislative mechanism for monitoring the content of live webcast platforms is still not perfect.The relevant regulatory measures cannot be fully covered,resulting in the spread of illegal content in the live webcast.This article analyzes the current situation of China's network live broadcast content supervision,and analyzes in depth the problems encountered in the regulation of China's Internet live broadcast content in regulatory standards,regulatory mechanisms,platform audits,and monitoring technologies,and proposes four suggestions for strengthening the supervision of live broadcast content:By ensuring the synchronization of relevant legislation on webcasting and the development of the industry,promoting the introduction of under-age internet protection regulations and improving the relevant laws and regulations of webcasting;second,through the establishment of a webcasting content supervision "master" department,clearing the authority and responsibilities of related functional departments,and supervising independence,plus Violations and frequency of violations of illegal live broadcast content,perfecting the reporting mechanism of web broadcast illegal content,and improving the law enforcement ability of web broadcast supervisors to improve the oversight mechanism of online live content;thirdly,to improve the industry standard planning and promote the web broadcast industry by linking live web broadcast platforms.The main responsibility system,the establishment of a network live broadcast illegal content award winning participation mechanism to guide the self-discipline of the online broadcast industry;Fourth,by improving the real-time monitoring technology of webcast content,improve the real-time monitoring efficiency of webcast content,and establish a webcast platform With a rating mechanism to break through live supervision of technical problems.The regulation of webcast content should be synchronized with the development of the webcast industry.It requires not only the protection of authoritative legal mechanisms,but also the supervision mechanism and innovative supervision technologies and means that keep pace with the times.Facing the problems and challenges in the process of the development of China's Web-based live broadcast,it is helpful for the online live content monitoring department to firmly grasp the regulatory initiative in the ever-changing situation of Web-based live broadcasting.
