The Design And Implementation Of Invoice Generation Modules In Tradeshift’s Electronic Invoice System

Invoice plays an important role as a transaction certificate for life consumption and business transactions.Traditional paper invoices are produced by machine or handwritten,which consumes huge social cost and cannot meet the demand of summary and preservation.Electronic invoices realize information transmission and storage in a paperless way,reducing management costs.Electronic invoices would not only help companies manage transaction in their business networks,but they are also important credentials for corporate credit.Tradeshift provides solutions for enterprise billing by connecting both buyers and suppliers to the same network platform.This thesis mainly describes the design and implementation of Tradeshift electronic invoice system.The electronic invoice system is divided into company information module,mail module,company network module,billing module,proforma invoice module,bargaining module,premade invoice module,directly invoicing module and application library module.This thesis first describes the background of the Tradeshift electronic invoice system,and then introduces the data storage technology and the system development technology used in the Tradeshift electronic invoice system.Then it describes the requirements of the Tradeshift electronic invoice system and the analysis and design of the relevant modules of the invoice generation,and introduces the database design in detail.Finally,this thesis describes the implementation and results of the relevant modules of the invoice generation of the electronic invoice system.This thesis mainly describes the related modules of invoice generation.The billing module mainly deals with the parsing and storage of metadata uploaded by buyers.Proforma invoice module and premade invoice module can be used to create proforma invoices and prefabricated invoices.The bargaining module provides a process for negotiating and confirming the price of a proforma invoice.
