With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s demand for quality of life is higher and higher.The traditional central air-conditioning are not only do less than satisfactory in terms of air quality,but also can not meet the needs of users in the intelligent control.And with the national eco-environmental protection strategy put forward,it is urgent to realize energy conservation and emission reduction of air-conditioning system.The air cooled type water heater chiller uses air as the cold(hot)source,and water as the cooling(hot)medium,as an integrated air-conditioning system for air-conditioning system with cold and heat sources,it appears to solve the problem of environmental protection of the air-conditioning system.And with the development of Internet technology,realizing the intelligent control of air cooled type water heater chiller not only makes users more convenient to operation,but also reduces energy consumption and improves energy utilization.For this reason,the thesis designs and implements an intelligent air cooled type water heater chiller control system based on SSM,SSM is a Web framework composed of three major frameworks,Spring,Spring MVC,and MyBatis.Through the realization of intelligent control of air cooled type water heater chiller,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,and improves the network and informatization of the system.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Firstly,the thesis introduces the research background and significance of the design of air cooled type water heater chiller control system,and expounds the importance of the design of the system in combination with the domestic and international development status of intelligent control system.The thesis introduces the structure of the system design by presenting the overall scheme of the system,introduces the hardware design and software design of the system in the form of block diagram,and also explains in detail three core technologies of realizing this system design,namely STemWin graphics library,SSM combination Framework and RS-485 communication technology based on Modbus protocol.(2)The control system of air cooled type water heater chiller is designed from two aspects of hardware and software in this thesis,the hardware based on AVR microcontroller ATmega 128 as the core design of master controller,master controller mainly include power module,RS-485 communication module,state switch detection module,address DIP switch module,temperature sensor module,relay switch module and three-phase power detection module.Around these modules,master controller has designed the communication function,switch setting,mode setting,alarm function and automatic protection function,so as to realize intelligent control of the unit equipment.The human machine interface of the wire controller and Web management platform are designed in the software.The wire controller based on STemWin graphical interface design and implement the menu interface,clock interface,switch interface,setting interface,status interface and parameter interface.Through the portable touch screen interface control to implement the regulation of master controller by RS-485 communication based on Modbus protocol.The Web management platform is based on the SSM composite framework.Although some of its functions are overlapped with wire controller,on the basis of these functions designed the user management,serial port Setting,Multi-machine control and Multi-machine parameter information query function.The functions of Web management platform combine the server and database technology to realize remote monitoring and multi-machine management of the master controller.(3)Finally,the function test of the main controller,the wire controller and the Web management platform is carried out.The test proves that the system can achieve the set function and realize the intelligent supervision of air cooled type water heater chiller.The design of this system is suitable for the use of large air-conditioning system in public places.Because it caters to the development trend of low carbon,environmental protection,low energy consumption and energy saving in the current society,it will replace traditional central air-conditioning in the future with the maturity of technology.
