Mass customization,which provides personalized products and services to customers with the cost and efficiency of mass production,has become the main trend of the development of modern manufacturing mode.Product configuration is the core link of mass customization and the key technology to achieve rapid product customization.In this paper,the following research is carried out for product configuration related customer requirements acquisition,customer requirements transformation and product configuration modeling and optimization.(1)Research on customer requirement acquisition based on network reviews mining.In order to solve the problem of incomplete emotional dictionary in emotional analysis,an emotion classification algorithm based on the expansion of emotional dictionary is designed,and the customer needs are excavated from positive and negative emotional comments with ROSTCM6.(2)Research on customer requirement transformation based on Quality Function Deployment(QFD).In view of the problem that the existing QFD evaluation information lacks the randomness,it uses the cloud model to express the importance evaluation information of the customer needs,and transforms the customer needs into the comprehensive performance of the parts and components through QFD to guide the design of the product configuration.(3)Product configuration modeling and optimization research.Considering the constraints of product cost,delivery time,case relationship and individualized demand,the product configuration model which aims at performance,cost and delivery time is established,and an improved wind driven optimization algorithm is designed to solve the configuration model,and the configuration scheme is recommended according to customer preference.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are demonstrated by algorithm validation and case application.
