Tactical data-link is of great significance to national defense security.At different stages of history,data links with different functional characteristics have been developed to meet the corresponding military requirements.With the development of data link technologies and the increment need of cooperative combat capability demands,it has changed from traditional single data-link to multi data-link cooperation.Therefore,the research on heterogeneous data-link fusion scheme is of great significance.Firstly,this thesis introduces the generation and history of tactical data-link.Moreover,the thesis presents the system composition,functional characteristics,network mode,working mode and other key technologies of Link 11 and Link 16.Next,the overall logic framework and modular design scheme are proposed for data link terminal controling software.In Linux environment,we achieve the interaction logic with the task platform and hardware devices based on MDS middleware technology and Qt Creator programming.The robustness,stability and functionality of the software are verified by tests.Finally,the traffic-splitting module of the heterogeneous data-link is implemented at different scenarios.It invol-ves several key technologies such as traffic-splitting algorithm,cache control,network evaluation indicator,etc.Furthermore,the traffic-splitting scheme based on the message type and network condition is implemented and verified.
