With the rapid development of mobile Internet,the Quality of Experience(QoE)of mobile Internet services has been widely concerned,and has become a key factor to determine the success or failure of mobile Internet services and applications.QoE is an indicator of service evaluation based on user demands,which can directly reflect the user's satisfaction with the service.However,the evaluation of QoE is faced with the difficulties of data acquisition,the lack of effective QoE evaluation algorithm,the lack of QoE visualization management tools and other issues.Therefore,operators and Internet vendors need a systematic solution for QoE evaluation.With the rapid development of mobile smart devices and wireless communication technology,the concept of Mobile Crowd Sensing(MCS)has become a research field of concern.In the mobile crowd sensing,a large number of users use mobile phone,tablet and other mobile devices as the basic sensing unit to collaborate through mobile Internet,and realize the assignment of sensing tasks and collection of sensing data,and complete the large-scale and complex social sensing task finally.This paper proposes a mobile crowd measuring model based on mobile crowd sensing,and designs and implements a QoE-oriented crowd measuring system,which provides a systematic solution for QoE evaluation of operators and Internet vendors.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper investigates the related research and development status of mobile crowd sensing and QoE evaluation,and proposes a mobile crowd measuring hierarchy model based on mobile crowd sensing.We designed a mobile measuring system.The mobile measuring system provides a systematic solution for the evaluation of QoE.Mobile measuring system consists of six parts,including crowd sensing,data transmission,cloud computing platform,distributed storage and computing,QoE evaluation algorithm and QoE visualization.(2)We implemented the QoE-oriented mobile measuring system.The implementation of mobile mobile measuring system includes four modules,including data acquisition and transmission module,data storage and calculation module,QoE evaluation model and optimization strategy module,QoE visualization module.(3)We deployed a mobile measuring system on campus and measured the 4G network,verified the effectiveness of the system.We compared the subjective and objective QoE,and verified the reliability of the QoE evaluation algorithm.(4)The mobile measuring systems was deployed on Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)and Mobile Edge Computing(MCC)platforms,and the comparative experiment was carried out to verify that MEC has advantages over the MCC in the system responsiveness and network transmission.The appropriate scenarios of MEC and MCC in mobile measuring system deployment are discussed.Mobile measuring system provides a systematic solution for the evaluation of QoE,which solves the problems of difficult data acquisition,the lack of reliable QoE evaluation algorithm and the lack of QoE visualization management tools.Moreover,the mobile measuring system provides various flexible implementations for QoE evaluation,and you can choose different implementations according to the requirements of the service scenarios.
