Design And Implementation Of Government Informationization Project Evaluation System

In the process of e-government construction,the government information project occupies a more important position and plays a more and more important role.In order to promote the construction of government information project,the evaluation center has been carrying on the evaluation work of government information project for many years.However,at this stage,there are many problems in the evaluation of information projects in China.These problems affect the evaluation results to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy,standardization and evaluation efficiency of the evaluation work,it is necessary to establish a government information project evaluation management system.According to the government information project evaluation management,the evaluation of the information project and daily operation monitoring are needed in the government information project evaluation management system.According to the requirements of the system,this paper constructs a project evaluation system based on the evaluation project,evaluation scheme and evaluation index,and realizes the evaluation of the information project.Through a variety of evaluation programs,the system has achieved different assessment of different projects and achieved the diversity of assessment and expansibility.In this paper,the evaluation index system of government information project is established,and the linkage management of index is realized.The evaluation process of information project is constructed by evaluating questionnaire generation,questionnaires and online evaluation.Through the analysis of the assessment data,the statistical summary of the evaluation results is realized.In addition,the daily monitoring of the government information project is realizes in the system.It can realizes the evaluation of the usability and response time of the project,and achieves the sensitive information filtering of information project.The system has been applied in the government information project evaluation.The system can evaluate the information project of the government scientifically.It can improve the efficiency of project evaluation and reduce the errors caused by manual operation,and make the evaluation and analysis of the results more convincing,and improve the government information project evaluation accuracy and normative.
