| With the development of wireless mobile communications from the initial 2G to 3G and 4G-LTE,transmission rate has been greatly improved.At the same time,wireless communication is widely used in various fields,such as virtual reality.Since the current communication frequency band is mainly concentrated below 3GHz,spectrum resources in this frequency band become very crowded,while the millimeter wave frequency band has abundant spectrum resources and it can provide large bandwidth and faster transmission rate,so it is necessary to research this band and apply it in the field of communication.This paper mainly focuses on the design and implementation of each module in the transceiver front-end for 26GHz application,and superheterodyne structure is used in this paper.The five-order integrated waveguide band-pass filter is used as RF band-pass filter,and-15 dB impedance bandwidth is 1.79GHz,insertion loss in band is less than 2dB.The design,processing and testing of each module of the front-end are given,and got the specific results.Two microstrip T-power divider and substrate integrated waveguide T-power divider are designed in this paper,and-15 dB impedance bandwidth of these two power dividers are 8.75GHz(relative bandwidth is 31.2%)and 8.3GHz(relative bandwidth is 30.1%)respectively,insertion loss at 26GHz are 9.76dB and 10.4dB respectively.Array antennas play a key role in the field of communication,radar and navigation,its performance determines the performance of the whole system.This paper represents two types of millimeter wave microstrip array antenna,which have linearly polarized and circularly polarized respectively.Both the two array antennas have 144 elements and operate well at 26GHz.The arrays,have excellent performance with maximum gain of 24dBi and ultra-low sidelobe of less than-23dB.In order to generate CP electromagnetic wave,a narrow slot is etched off the square patch,and two isosceles triangles are cut on the diagonal of the patch.For linearly polarized array antenna,the max gain is 24.21 dBi,the first sidelobe level of E-plane is-23.36 dB,the half-power bandwidth is 9.5°,the first sidelobe level of H-plane is-24.6 dB,the half-power bandwidth is 10.1°.For circularly polarized array antenna,the max gain is 24 dBi,the first sidelobe level of E-plane is-25.87 dB,the half-power bandwidth is 9.3 °,the first sidelobe level of H-plane is-26.08 dB,the half-power bandwidth is 10.1 °.-10 dB impedance bandwidth of these two array antennas both are 1.25 GHz. |
