The environment of livestock and poultry breeding often needs accurate,stable and long-term environmental data to record and control,and requires real-time alarm and timely control of environmental changes.In the process of modern production,however,there is still a big gap between the development of livestock and poultry breeding in China and the developed areas.The work of environmental regulation is still done by the employees of the production,which is faced with many problems,such as high cost of control,slow information feedback,and high labor cost.It seems that if we want to improve the survival rate of livestock and its breeding optimization rate,we will inevitably involve innovative research,environmental monitoring and control system technology.Based on the above background,after consulting a lot of literature and field research,a special scheme is designed to realize the effective monitoring of the livestock and poultry environment in order to create a safe,stable and livable environment for the livestock aiming at the changes of temperature and smoke concentration in daily life.Considering the periodic changes of the environment required by livestock at different times of the year,the system has selected the device with the function of setting the critical value when the sensor module is determined,and the corresponding detection processing can be carried out at the same time.Then the work involved in this paper is as follows:(1)The overall plan of the environmental monitoring and control system of livestock and poultry breeding is designed.STC89C51 MCU is selected as the main control system.Then the temperature sensor and MQ-2 smoke sensor are selected to collect data to ADC0809 processing.The data is transmitted to the single chip computer by ADC0809,the MCU makes decision on the corresponding outer circumference module,and the data is transmitted to LCD1602 to display at the same time.POTEL is chosen as the hardware development tool to design the hardware circuit diagram of the system and realize the connection between the components.As the software development tool,Keil uVision4 is used to write system program code,and then achievethe functions of each module.(2)The PROTEUS simulation tool is used to simulate the designed hardware and software programs to verify the effectiveness of the design,and the results are proved to be feasible.after the completion of the circuit,the hardware debugging of components failure,power outage,power downloading and program downloading is carried out.(3)Through the above work,site experiments were carried out in the farm to verify the effectiveness of the system.In different seasons,even if the temperature and other conditions in the environment have changed,the system can also be monitored and controlled on the corresponding basis,making timely adjustment and decision-making,and thus realizing the optimization and efficient development of livestock and poultry breeding.
