Under the strategic plan of "Made in China 2025" and the urgent need of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in China,it has been a trend for the construction of smart factories.This paper carries out the application research on the construction of smart factory for precision forging in an engineering and practical way,which is based on the transformation and upgrading demands of a precision forging enterprise and the guidance of element condition of national intelligent manufacturing demonstration project.In this paper,the main method for the construction of precision forging smart factory is to achieve the automation of precision forging production and to build a workshop-level production monitoring platform.The main research content is as follows.Firstly,this paper regards the precision forging workshop and the.automation of a 1000 tons CNC electric screw press hot die forging production line as the subject for research.After undertaking fully investigation on the processing technology of the production lineforging equipment,and the present situation of workshop management,the overall layout of the automatic line and the overall plan of the automation of precision forging production and the construction of the workshop-level production monitoring platform is carried out.Secondly,in the aspect of the automation of precision forging production,the paper put forward a PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus control system with PLC as its core and industrial robots as automation approach.In the hardware design of PLC control system,the siemens S7-300 PLC servers as PROFIBUS-DP master station while the ET 200S distributed I/O servers as PROFIBUS-DP slave station.Combined with the electrical design of control system,the digitalization and networking of the underlying equipment is realized.In the software design,using STEP 7 and WinCC of SIEMENS TIA platform as the engineering configuration software,the PLC control program is programmed according to the design principles and requirements of the automatic line,and the HMI field-level monitoring station is designed.Finally,the automatic,safe,stable and efficient operation of the hot die forging line is realized.Lastly,the workshop-level production monitoring platform is a PC terminal visualization running system developed with WinCC,which functions as data acquisition and analysis system of production process and MES.Specifically,it realizes the acquisition and preliminary analysis of the device status,on-site operation,energy consumption and manufacturing progress.Moreover,it can be integrated with EPR,and realize the closed-loop management of production planning,production scheduling,production and quality testing.The construction of this platform has achieved the transparency and information management in the workshop level,and laid the foundation for the intelligent optimization decision of the enterprise management.
