| China is a country with large population and powerful agriculture.In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization,a large amount of cultivated land has been occupied.Land remediation is an effective way to increase the area of cultivated land and improve the quality.Following the pace of agricultural modernization,the land remediation project is rapidly proceeding,and the requirements for the inspection of project quality are getting higher and higher.In order to adapt to the development of farmland construction under new situation,it is necessary to adopt a non-destructive,efficient and quick way to carry out the project quality inspection.However,at present,the quality inspection of land remediation projects in China is still based on the traditional methods.Due to various factors,traditional methods often result in inaccurate evaluation of project acceptance quality,which is time consuming,laborious,and inaccurate,and cannot fully reflect the overall quality situation.The inspection of the thickness of cover soil and drained irrigation facilities is not objective enough.The damage to roads caused by the detection of road projects will indirectly affect the roads in long term.It has become increasingly unable to adapt to the needs of agricultural modernization.Therefore,the non-destructive,efficient,quick and accurate radar detection method of ground penetrating has become a hot issue.In this paper,ground penetrating radar based on non-destructive testing technology is adopted as an innovative method.Pulse EKKO PRO-1000 ground penetrating radar is used to innovate the experimental scheme,research methods and research contents.In conjunction with the actual land remediation project,the project in the study area was carried out.The quality inspection has obtained very good research results,and the specific work has been done as follows:(1)The feasibility of non-destructive testing in the thickness structure test of cover soil engineering was verified.Through actual testing of the quality of the cover soil project,it was found that the thickness of the cover soil in the test project area generally meets the standard with an average value of 59.55 cm and a relative error of-2.70%.However,individual parts are slightly insufficient,and the thickness of the cover soil layer in individual areas is large and does not reach 60 cents,which are partially lower than the design requirements and showed insufficient uniformity.The coefficient of spatial variation is 5.09%,which shows thatthe degree of variation is small,the error is reasonable,and the degree of accuracy is high.(2)It verifies the feasibility of using GPR technology in road acceptance.This paper uses the section method to conduct radar detection on the concrete pavement of road engineering and combines with on-site drilling and coring for correction of electromagnetic wave velocity.After preprocessing such as correction,gain,background denoising,deconvolution,the noise is effectively suppressed and the resolution is improved.Finally,the thickness analysis is done according to the corresponding propagation velocity of electromagnetic wave,and the thickness structure and road surface uniformity of the road engineering surface layer and the base layer of different design standards are obtained.The results show that the maximum relative error of ground penetrating radar detection is less than 1.43% and the standard deviation is between 0.08 and 0.66.It can be seen that the accuracy is beyond the traditional method and the accuracy is reliable.After the precision processing,the radar image is clear and can be synchronized understand the uniformity of the road surface layer and the base layer,in which the thickness of the surface layer does not fluctuate,the individual road sections are not fully compacted,and the thickness is not uniform.It is complied with the design standards and acceptance requirements,and provides effective help for the acceptance and quality evaluation of land rectification road projects.(3)It was finally verified that the exploration of the PVC pipeline used for ground penetrating radar in the remediation project was scientific.For the problem that the near-distance parallel pipeline is difficult to determine,the position of the PVC pipeline can be better determined through the geometric method and design data as well as the communication of the construction unit’s field conditions.According to the characteristics of reflective layer extraction of non-metallic pipes,pipelines were probed by using ground penetrating radar to detect the buried PVC pipe under the water outlet of the project area,and the positioning of the pipe with a depth of 1m below the outlet was achieved.The error was0.1 m.It is small and meets the requirement of tolerance.It can be seen that its positioning is more accurate,which verifies the feasibility of nondestructive testing for the detection and positioning of PVC pipe in the project area.In summary,the research results have enriched the application technology of GPR in the field of quality inspection of land remediation projects,provided a theoretical basis and technical means for the non-destructive testing of quality,and fully verified the feasibility,and provided important reference on the acceptance of land remediation projects. |
