Development And Application Of Fund Management System In Higher Vocational College

With the rapid development and popularization of information technology in recent years,the informationization and digitization of the internal business management mode has became the important direction and trend in the development of domestic and foreign colleges.As an important part of the colleges’ internal business,the money management business has an important influence on the development level and the strategic goal of the colleges.And it is an important foundation for enterprise to construct information management system.In the research work of this paper,based on the development experience of the company’s fund management system,this paper investigates and analyzes the function design and implementation of the system.The main study work includes the follows:1.According to the college’s fund management work actual situation,analysis the necessity of the development of this system,and puts forward the function of the system development goals and performance goals.2.Adopt the B/S network mode and the MVC design pattern to design the overall scheme of the system.And use the C# development technology in.net platform and SQL Server database development technology to realize the development of the system.Adopts the modular design thought,the system function structure is divided into basic setup management,business income and expenditure management,financial statement management,fund analysis management,system maintenance management,and the above function module is designed and implemented in detail in this paper.3.Set up the system simulation test environment,perform functional tests on the system with simulated data.Through the system test work,the function and performance of the system is obtained.In the study work of the fund management system studied in this paper,we study the funds management business of the company with the method of digital integrationmanagement,which could improve the college’s cash management business efficiency,at the same time it can also provide certain reference and reference for other college’s fund management business work.
