With the rapid increase of oil and gas market need and innovation of drilling technique,the oil industry has an unexpected development.As a clean and economical way of transportation,oil and gas pipeline has become one of the most important ways of transportation for oil and gas products.Meanwhile,frequently happening pipeline broken accidents has become one of the factors to restrain the development of pipeline industry.So,it is pretty crucial to strengthen safety requirements of pipeline structure.During pipeline design process,a great amount of repeating work needs to be done as well as complex input data and operation process of common software.It is necessary to establish useful platform of pipeline design and stress analysis accounting for improving efficiency.Under this circumstance,this paper analyzes the buried pipeline common structure units on the basis of project in CPE Beijing-Key research of buried pipeline stress analysis in oil and gas field surface facility engineering.Due to shortcomings of CAESAR II,this paper uses Ansys to make up disadvantage of CAESAR II.Compared results of two kinds of software are given by means of different practical circumstances.This paper concludes five main common structure units including single elbow,Z elbow,U elbow,in and out of soil pipeline structure without elbow and in and out of soil pipeline structure with elbow.This paper uses Ansys software to set up models and analyze the models..Meanwhile,this paper establishes “Stress Analysis Software Platform of Buried Pipeline Common Structure Units” on the basis of Ansys software and Visual Studio 2012.This software platform concludes stress and strain analysis model of different structure units and takes functions such as parameter inputting,model establishing,operating analyzing,results outputting and documents storing into consideration.This software platform can improve efficiency of engineering design staff and has great engineering practical meaning for design and safety assessment of oil and gas pipeline.
