Recent years,with the development of aerospace industry and the improvement of military products and technology,the market demand for metal powder material grows faster and faster.3D printing industry is also rising,and the demand of 3D printing powder is greater,the market outlook is better.It is a part of technical problems faced by the domestic enterprises that use the vacuum atomization furnace to produce metal powder,as high performance metal powder is produced by vacuum atomization furnace.In this paper,based on the investigation of vacuum atomization furnace,the performance parameters and the technical requirements of the production process of some domestic manufacturers are investigated.After investigation,in order to meet the requirements of the production process,automatic control feeding system of atomization furnace is studied,including mechanical structure design,hardware design,software design,application testing and a series of work,which fill the gaps of the domestic vacuum atomization process automation technology.The specific work is as follows:In this paper,a set of automatic continuous feeding system is designed,based on the widely used vacuum atomization furnace.The hardware of the system is mainly controlled by PLC as the main controller to realize automatic artificial intelligence.The hardware system design include main circuit design,control circuit design,circuit design,main control design constraints design,input signal processing circuit and output driver circuit design;By the software system,control program is built on PLC's own programming software platform.The research use modular system as main ideas,first split the feeding process into every single action,second complete each action program after action design,and consider the constraint conditions and malfunction status at the same time.The program has been completed so far.Hardware and software debugging work comes after equipment installation.According to the analysis of the working state of the simulated results,the designed automation system can work effectively,which improve the level of stability and automation technology of vacuum atomization process.
