With the development of information technology and the electronic testing technology,the electronic test technology and instruments has been become an inseparable part of the information science and its effect and status are becoming more and more important.In order to adapt to the increasing demand for comprehensive measuring instruments,how to handle high-speed power signals while ensuring complex power calculations has become a new direction for the research of measuring instruments.However,the common power analyzers in the domestic market can not meet the needs of users for analyzing high-speed power signals,and do not have the capture function;common oscilloscopes generally do not have complex power analysis capabilities,and the operation accuracy is low.The traditional power calculation and human-computer interaction functions can no longer meet the design requirements of comprehensive measuring instruments.Therefore,the power calculation and human-computer interaction functions of the oscillographic power meters are the subjects of this study.This paper focuses on the problems in software development and implementation of oscillographic power meter,and works with hardware research to develop a complete comprehensive measurement instrument.The main research contents are as follows:1.In the realization of complex power analysis: Identify voltage,current,AUX card,multi-card multi-channel loading scheme is adopted,and then configure a number of power systems containing motor signals.While measuring the mechanical power of each system can complete up to 126 power parameters and up to 500 harmonic operations at the same time.2.In the realization of high-precision power calculations: In the oscilloscope mode,determine the data path,display waveforms and measurement waveforms according to the user-adjusted;In the power mode,determine the operating data and measurement principle,making the power operation and harmonic analysis Achieve higher accuracy.3.In the realization of flexible human-computer interaction features: to provide users with oscilloscope mode and power mode switching human-computer interaction program,not only can analyze and calculate high-speed power signals,but also can achieve power trigger,waveform capture and other functions;Achieve a variety of waveform display formats,but also to achieve a variety of display power parameters.Based on the research in this paper,the system software can not only analyze the power of the system containing motor signals and high-speed signals,but also capture and measure high-speed power signals.By performing oscillometric power meter system function test and overall machine performance verification,related index requirements can be achieved.Therefore,the research and implementation of power calculation and human-computer interaction in this paper provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development of integrated measuring instrument.Ultimately,it promotes the localization of key technologies and the development of domestic electronic test equipment.
