In recent years,with the increasing emphasis on education in the country,management evaluation of teachers has gradually strengthened,but how to evaluate teachers? How to develop a scientific and efficient at the same time let Teachers and students at the same time the evaluation index system has become the primary and secondary schools to face the problem.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an online evaluation system.In this paper,by studying the characteristics and evaluation methods of students’ evaluation,the evaluation index and the index weight are established.At the same time,a set of reasonable and reliable evaluation index system is established.The evaluation of teachers is a multi-factor,multi-instruction and complex evaluation process.It can not be distinguished only by good or bad.By using the theory of fuzzy mathematics to simulate human thinking,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the evaluation data.To ensure the scientific and accurate evaluation results.Finally,based on the deep analysis of Struts2,Spring and Hibernate framework,a comprehensive evaluation system is designed with J2 EE multi-layer architecture.This paper,from the basic point of basic education,provides relevant decision-making support for the school’s leadership and superior supervision department,and provides the scientific basis for the teaching quality of the professional title evaluation.At the same time,it reduces the workload of the educational administration teacher,improves the efficiency and accuracy.
