J2EE-based Enterprise Quality Management System Design And Implementation

Quality management system plays an important role in the enterprise,which can improve the comprehensive quality of enterprises,improve the staff production concept,improve product quality to win the market.Especially in the global economic integration,increase domestic enterprise competition,more need to assist the quality management system,to help enterprises to improve product quality,improve the core competitiveness of enterprise.The target in product development and production,in the information age,the quality of information management has become a major trend of development.In this paper,the target enterprise needs as the basis,multi-level architecture focuses on the target enterprise and synthesis technology and development technology,structure system,automatic client to download the update technology,with the advanced B/S and C/S hybrid structure as the design basis,sufficient supply of fast target realization of enterprise application and daily maintenance and convenience after the suit was expanded.Research on security companies have higher requirements on safety quality management system,to provide more security for the supply plan,to verify the multiple user rights management and authentication and other ways to ensure the security of the system,and through automatically download updates to the system can not be implanted,automatic download and update files to solve the problems.This paper mainly completed the following aspects: the quality management system to meet the target enterprise,construct the structure of information system construction of the target enterprise;research quality,production quality,quality system and system management subsystem;the implantation in quality management system of target enterprises in need of complex product quality information query and other functions;and the target enterprise has been in the construction of internal basic resource management,MRPII system,the aim is to complete the target enterprise the information system and quality management system data integration;to provide a comprehensive management function,allowing customization and backup data,the definition of currency configuration utility non SAP software and access permissions,alarm information the combination of system structure;comparison of C/S and B/S two kinds of structures,draw two kinds of structure,selection of mixed structure of C/S B/S,on the two Mixed results development program for comparison and description,and focuses on the system development in the C/S program client and XML data exchange two key technologies.In the system development and optimization,the running time to confirm that the system can help the enterprise to realize the all-round quality management business process,and the safety and stability are high,can effectively improve the product quality information of the target enterprise management level,the research and production of the products by using the high evaluation of the user,in order to achieve the desired effect.
