The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Learning System Based On Collaborative Filtering Algorithm

With the rapid development of information technology,as well as the penetration of the Internet in the field of education,mobile learning has received more and more attention and has been developed rapidly.According to September 1st net(China education knowledge service cloud platform)design and development of Mobile Learning Resource Recommendation System,the online teacher preparation,combining teaching and learning of students under the line,the system is not only an attempt to study teaching mode of the mobile,and application in the field of education personalized Resource Recommendation,has important research significance.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on user collaborative filtering algorithm and a comparative study based on collaborative filtering algorithm based on the design and construct the learning interest model and learning resource model,item based collaborative filtering and collaborative filtering algorithm based on users is improved,proposed based collaborative filtering algorithm in project evaluation matrix filling.The user collaborative filtering algorithm combined resource recommendation strategy based on Improved Learning Resource Recommendation accuracy.(2)Based on the September 1st network(China Education Knowledge Service cloud)platform,a data request framework for mobile learning system network data was constructed,and JSON data analysis API and XML parser were designed.(3)Combining the September 1st network(Chinese educational knowledge service cloud)platform,teachers’ preparing lessons and teaching system,the mobile learning system needs to be designed and discussed.An abstract model of mobile learning is proposed,and a mobile learning system is designed and implemented based on the model.Then,the overall architecture of the system is determined,and the development is designed based on the Android platform.The learning resources are acquired through the Web server and combined with collaborative filtering algorithm for Learning Resource Recommendation.(4)The realization of the mobile learning system based on collaborative filtering algorithm,includes student login,new learning tasks,learning micro classes,homework and exam questions,and hunt my schedule,independent practice,center,notice,education news,my wrong topic and my favorites,a central function of mobile learning and the whole system,and compatibility testing on the system.The research results of this paper have important practical application value.At present,the mobile learning system has been tested in many schools,and has been praised by the majority of teachers and students.
