Nowadays,wireless network is widely used and has become the main way for user terminals to access the network.With the rapid development of wireless network services,especially the development of mobile services,user terminals have higher requirements for data transmission under wireless network,which need to be able to ensure the real-time and reliability of data transmission.However,the wireless network has the characteristics of high packet loss rate and frequent connection switch,which requires a better transmission control mechanism.In this thesis,cross-layer solutions and message transmission mechanisms are proposed to improve the corresponding problems mentioned above.The detailed works of this thesis are as follows:(1)Propose a cross-layer solution for the wireless network based on the user-mode protocol stack: build a cross-layer framework for wireless network based on the user-mode protocol stack,and use this framework to distribute the information at the bottom of the network to the corresponding layer in a timely manner and optimize the network communication accordingly.The cross-layer framework contains three modules,namely protocol extension module,cross-layer manager and cross-layer control module.Among them,the protocol extension module is used to define events and export parameters,cross-layer control module can subscribe the corresponding events,and the two modules are coordinated and scheduled by the cross-layer manager.When the event is triggered,the protocol extension module will notify the cross-layer manager promptly and send its parameters;the cross-layer manager triggers the corresponding cross-layer control module to handle the event according to the subscription record;the cross-layer control module accesses the relevant parameters to execute cross-layer optimization strategy.(2)Construct an efficient and reliable message transmission mechanism: using FEC forward coding and ARQ automatic request retransmission technology,improve the error recovery ability of data transmission under wireless network.The transmission mechanism generates certain redundant data by encoding the original data and combines the retransmission strategy to ensure the real-time and reliability of data transmission under the wireless network.Experiments have verified that in the case of a certain packet loss rate,compared with the transmission mechanism using only the retransmission strategy,it can guarantee the reliability of data transmission and ensure the real-time transmission.In addition,a QoS policy module is added to the transmission mechanism to meet the quality of service requirements of different users’ specific services.(3)Finally,a wireless network data distribution system was deployed and the design scheme was verified through the experiments.
