The test-work of indoor signal control equipment is closely related to traffic safety.The traditional railway outdoor signal equipment simulation debugging system is large in size and low in versatility.Therefore,a new set of simulation debugging equipment is needed to reduce the system volume and improve versatility of the system for different stations.An analog-debugging system is designed in this paper which comprehensively uses analog electronic technology,digital electronics technology,embedded technology and Wi-Fi communication technology for testing indoor signal control equipment.The system is divided into three parts which are the analog signal equipment,the control core board and the computer display management system.1.The analog signal equipment part includes an analog section passing signal generator,an analog ZD6 switcher and an analog ZPW-2000 track circuit.The analog signal devices mentioned all adopt a modular design,which is conducive to cascade expansion.The analog section part uses a capacitive dummy-load to replace the old incandescent lamp load with a signaling lighting circuit.At the same time,a leakage circuit is designed to effectively ensure that the filament alarm relay is reliably sucked and the system power consumption and volume are reduced.The analog ZD6 switch machine start circuit uses high-power carbon-film resistors to simulate the current and power consumption of the KW motor,indicating that the JPXC polar-biased relay is simplified as an inductive component which meets the working conditions of the 2DQJ,2FQJ,DBJ,and FBJ relays by testing.Analog ZPW-2000 track circuit adopts relay on/off to simulate train occupancy and clearing,and uses 12 K resistance between each two relays to limit the track receiver to accept voltage.The analog signal devices mentioned all can be accessed the signal control room for linkage control instead of the real signal devices.2.The control core board use the Stm32 chip that based on the Cortex-M3 architecture as the control core,and uses the I/O port expansion technology to serially receive the state of the extended analog signal device to collect data,and sends serial data to control the expansion of the railway partition relay,with the functions of acquiring work status of analog signals machines,switch machines,rail circuit,Wi-Fi communication,control of train running,LCD real-time display,dial switch input,key interruption,buzzer failure alarm and other functions;3.The computer display management system adopts the WPF architecture programmed by C#,and a simple station map and its linkage mechanism are designed to realize the functions of parameter configuration,sending driving instructions,dynamic display of train running status and alarm.In order to ensure the reliable bidirectional communication between the upper display management system and the lower-computer,the heartbeat ACK mechanism and the CRC cyclic redundancy check algorithm are introduced into this paper.Compared with the original analog debugging system,the system designed in this paper can realize modular expansion,decreasing transportation costs,supporting real-time monitoring of analog signal equipment status.In addition,small size,low cost and power consumption,expansion,flexibility and universality are advantages,which provide a reference for improving the simulation and debugging system of traditional railway outdoor signal equipment.
