The production process of gelatin is complicated,the production cycle is long,and has a lot of process parameters.Traditional manual methods can not accurately control the production process,leading to the final product quality instability.Acid fog is large in acid accumulator plant,there is a certain danger.The concentration of dilute acid solution method is unstable in traditional configurate acid,and can not continuously on-line blend acid.The traditional acid blending process uses regulating valve to blend acid,because the concentrated hydrochloric acid is strong causticity,and the regulating valve maintenance is difficult.In this paper,the general scheme of acid blending automation control is designed by analyzing the acid blending process flow,and the control system scheme and working principle are described.In this paper,according to the needs of acid blending process,the PID closed-loop control technology is adopted to realize the accurate control of the concentration of acid solution.According to the control characteristics of acid blending process,and the characteristics of conventional PID control parameters is difficult to adjust,this paper proposes a PID Parameter self-adjusting Fuzzy Control method.The design of PID Parameter self-adjusting Fuzzy controller eliminates the steady-state error of the system,no sperharmonic oscillation,strong robustness,easy to to use,and obtain good effect of acid blending.the " AC variable frequency speed regulation technology " and " Two-tank alternating blending acid and alternating output" methods are adopted to overcome the problems existing in the traditional acid blending process.It can not only ensure the stability of the acid concentration,but also realize the continuous output on line.This paper focuses on the design and research of the hardware and software of the acid blending process automatic control System.S7-300 series PLC of Siemens is chosen as the controller to select the type of detection components,the motor and the frequency converter.The communication among controller,frequency converter,encoder was analyzed,and the configuration of control system was completed.In the design of control system software,the function of upper computer and PLC was analyzed.The PLC programming was completed by using STEP7.In addition,WINCC configuration software was used to configure monitoring system and to design human hachine interface.Finally,the fault diagnosis method of the acid blending control system is given.The acid blending process automatic control system has achieved good results,and has certain practical value.The systme make the amin biological Halal Gelatin Co.LTD.obtain the remarkable result in the aspect of energy saving and consumption reduction.By using the system Production environment and labor intensity have been improved,production efficiency and product quality have been improved.
