Research On The Analysis And Evaluation Of The Publication Topics

In order to solve the problem that after the transformation of the publishing enterprises in our country at the present stage,the current survival and restricted development situation about the publishing enterprises facing the intense competition caused by pressure of responsibility for profit and loss.Finally,giving the core problems of competition are the quality of publishing topics affected by many various factors.The analysis and evaluation of scientific topics in order to improve the accuracy of decision-making and the quality of topics.It is an effective approach to solve the publishing enterprises.This paper from the perspective of publishing enterprises,reviews the development and current situation of domestic and international publishing industry,analyses the present situation of the topic selection and evaluation of the publishing project,and then introduction to the importance of selection evaluation.The review of the literature on the selection and evaluation of the selected topics,analysis of the problems,in order to put forward the significance and purpose of this study.According to the theory of project quality management,it is very important to select the standard of the topics because there are many factors can affect them.Firstly,the paper analyzes the content and process of the topic selection,and the concept,classification and characteristics of the topic selection evaluation.Secondly,the author analyzes the five large technical publishing subject according to massive references with statistical data and case analysis methods.Thirdly,the author selects a wealth of experience in the publishing industry experts to interview.Then combined with a large number of references,giving three aspects to research which are contents of topics,market forecast,operability to build the standard of selecting the topics;after that,the author adopts the analysis as well as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give some classified comprehensive comments and comprehensive evaluation and classification evaluation on actual cases.The whole evaluation system is applied in practice,and the evaluation theory of the selected topic is studied and summarized in this paper.
