Study Of Water Treatment Automation Control System In Waterworks

After a long period of development and improvement,the domestic and external water production technology has been very mature,and there are many methods for the treatment of tap water.However,from the current development practice,it is still on the basis of traditional water treatment technology to treat water with coagulation,sedimentation,filtration and disinfection.In the process of water treatment,the possible hidden dangers of water treatment can be found and processed in time without affecting the normal work of water treatment equipment.According to the change of water quality and water,the parameters of water treatment process are adjusted in time to ensure the stability of water supply in the city and to realize the efficient and stable operation of water treatment in the waterworks.In this thesis,the research and design of automatic control system for water treatment system of Jiujiang Hedong water plant mainly involve the following aspects:(1)realizing the automatic control of water treatment in Waterworks with PLC technology.In the automatic control system of water treatment in waterworks,the S7-300 model PLC is chosen as the main station and the distributed I/O as the slave station.(2)in the automation control of water treatment filter,the V filter is used to control the constant water level filtration and the automatic backwashing of the filter.(3)the automatic control of water pump frequency conversion and constant pressure water supply is analyzed.The pressure sensor is used to detect the water pressure and transmit the data to the PLC main controller.If it does not conform to the set value of the water pressure and down line,the pump speed is adjusted and controlled through the PID regulator.Adding medicine and chlorine is a very important link in water treatment process of waterworks.Therefore,this paper focuses on adding chlorine and adding medicine.In the medicine control system of the water treatment in Hedong water plant,the SCDMA detector is mainly used to control the control system.After the detection and processing,the related signals are transmitted to the PLC controller of the dosing room,and the PLC controller is compared,and the dosage is adjusted in combination with the dosing pump.The automatic control system of water treatment in Waterworks accords with the actual demand of automatic control of water treatment.Water treatment automation control system of water treatment plant meets the requirements of practicality and reliability,can carry out automatic control of water treatment related technology,and can also realize centralized monitoring and management of water treatment,andensure the automation control of water treatment in water treatment plant.
