Nowadays,the N-16 radiation monitor device applied to nuclear power plant radiation monitoring system is simple,which have full functional,fast response and can achieve continuously monitor.But it can not storage the data of real-time monitoring.In order to meet the needs of the current design of the monitor,this paper researches on the base of existing N-16 radiation monitoring system to,and increase the function of USB flash disk storage and wireless communications.The research work of this article for“the design of leakage rate monitoring for steam generator wireless system”includes hardware circuit design and software programming.Hardware circuit mainly consists of FPGA system modules,CH376 module,serial module,wireless transceiver module and LCD module.FPGA system modules as the core controller can control each other modules;CH376 module is used to store monitor data into U disk;Serial module can set and modify the parameters storaged on E~2PROM by communicating with PC;Wireless transceiver module is used to communicate with the remote monitoring center and execute the appropriate operation according to the received command;LCD module can observation data more intuitively,by which can displays monitoring data.Software programming writes controller in the Nios ii to control each module.Monitoring data can be obtained by communicating with the measuring unit,and then transmit the data to required modules.Finally,this paper gives test results of the entire system in the environment of hardware and software combination,and meets the functional requirements of the system design.
